Yes. Many clients begin with therapy alone. If medication may help, a psychiatric clinician can review options, answer questions, and coordinate with your therapist.
MindCare supports adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma responses, sleep problems, focus challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
We accept many major PPO plans for therapy and psychiatry. Copays and deductibles may still apply based on your plan.
