Essential care has no membership fee. Optional Membership is $25/month or $240/year for extra scheduling support. Session costs depend on insurance or self-pay rates. See our membership page.

No. You can receive therapy and psychiatry without Membership. Membership adds convenience features like priority scheduling and billing help.

Yes. You can add or remove Membership anytime. Your clinical relationship stays the same—only the administrative support level changes. Contact us to update your plan.
